Each practices their profession in areas ranging from IT Management, Systems Development and Engineering to Operational Exploitation of those systems, and general services providers. There are some hobbyists, some onlookers and passers by.
The majority of topics address areas in the IBM and OEM mainframe hardware and IBM and ISV operating systems and software.
In addition to the recruitment efforts via this site, we are also promoting ourselves towards the service providers of the IT world.
It is anticipated that contractors and staff of these service companies will use MFF for mainframe support issues.

Advertising Campaigns
|
|
A Campaign consists of at least one ad-banner. A gif or jpeg file. The banners in a campaign are then displayed on the forums, rotating with other advertisers.
The banners in a campaign can include multiple banners per zone. A zone is the area in which a banner is programmed to rotate.

Flexible Scheduling!
All campaigns can be programmed to run on certain days of the week and time of day. In addition the advertiser is provided with a userid and password to enable access to the banner server where the advertiser may if they wish adjust the rate at which their banners are served to our members and guests.

Banners
|
|
High profile banners arranged to get the most exposure possible.
The top banner (468x60-animated-directly above the main forums control buttons) and the sidebar banners (120x90-static-flowing with the forums' content).
The advertiser may provide multiple banners in the specified sizes, these will be rotated in the various campaigns together with other advertisers. All banners are gif or jpeg files.

Notes:
- Side banners are served up at approximately 1,5 times the rate of the top banners
- Additional administrative tasks after publication $25.00 per half hour or part thereof ( e.g. re-scheduling )
- Because of the almost unlimited number of banners that can be submitted to comprise a campaign, the first 5 banners per campaign will be entered into the banner repository included in the campaign cost, for each additional banner to be included into the banner repository a cost of $15.00 needs to be added.

Sponsoring Member Prizes
|
|
Members are regularly awarded prizes for their referrals. These prizes can be sponsored. The sponsor/advertiser may select the gift and number of gifts they would like to sponsor.
The sponsor banner will be displayed under a picture and description of the prize, also a 120x90 (static-gif/jpeg) will rotate with the other two prize sponsors in a dedicated area. The sponsor would need to buy and ship the prizes for the winners, allowing for the inclusion of company promotional material and compliments slips.
A $150.00 Service/Administration fee is charged for this facility. This charge is waived for Affiliates.

Super Campaign
|
|
A super campaign is available consisting of
- 50000 top banner impressions, value $1000.00
- 100000 side bar banner impressions, value $2000.00
A total package value of $3000 for only $2500 (i.e. $16.67 CPM, $0.01667 CPI)

Affiliates Program
|
|
The Affiliate Program leases to, either Software/Hardware Vendors and/or Services Providers their own public forum space and provide their own:
- logo; imprint your image onto your forums
- colour scheme; complimenting your very own web site
- ads; exclusion of 'foreign' banner ads on affiliate's forums
- forum hierarchy; flexible, large capacity, cover many forums and even more topics
- moderators; you nominate your own
- menus; (option) linking from your forums deep into your own site
- ads; (option) inclusion of your very own banner ads - we have the server

Other Information

- All prices quoted are in US$
- CPI is 'cost per impression'
- CPM is 'cost per thousand impressions'
- All prices are introductory prices and include two weeks of unlimited free impressions.
After the initial two weeks the counters will be reset and the impressions count down will start.
- Vendors providing moderators for forums enjoy a 5% discount. Affiliates enjoy a 15% discount.
- Conditions apply to orders before 31 st December, 2001.
- Spagirik Limited reserves the right to limit the number of concurrent campaigns active so as to create a reasonable advertisement exposure rate.
