CEEUOPT What is it?

We are using CICS V4.10 and have encounted a vendor which is now using CEEUOPT to control his CICS options relating to particular programs. I am not familiar with this particular set of options. This is a fairly general questions on where to get doc about this. I have read a Share presentation by Mary Astley, and some overview documents from Naspa, but am still somewhat confused. Thanks
